 ART ACTIVITY IN THE BEACH - SAND SCULPTURES (Part 1) 沙之藝術 話你知 (上集)

Do you want to sunbathe and lie in the sun even autumn is coming and say bye bye to our summer? Do you have experience to sculpture sand when you are going to swimming or sit in the sun in the beach? 

雖然快步入秋天，但有冇心思思仲想去享受日光浴呢？平時去沙灘除左曬太陽、游下水，會唔會都堆下沙呢？

The “South Girls Sailormoon” have that experience during our early childhood with simply tools like plastic shovel and bucket. However, now we know it is not so difficult to sculpture a sand castle if we have the skills and knowledge.

版主細細個就已經試過拎住個膠鏟同桶仔去沙灘堆城堡，當然未成功過啦，但原來知道當中個技巧，其實都唔係好難成功架。

In fact, to build the sand sculptures is becoming an art activity in the recent years. The ideal conditions for sad sculptures should be a beach with large enough in size and with fine sand. Actually, Stanley Main Beach is the good place by satisfying the above conditions.

其實，堆沙尼個活動已經發展到藝術層面架啦，堆沙就一定要搵D地方夠大，沙質又幼細既地方，赤柱正灘就符合哂呢D條件啦。

In here, we usually can find some families or friends come to here and build their own sand sculptures together. To you, do you want to take a challenge to build own sand castle with size of 2x3 meters? 

赤柱正灘水清沙幼，別具異國風情，呢度經常有唔少一家大     細、大朋友小朋友一齊玩堆沙，咁大家想唔想親手堆出自己     既沙堡，有冇諗過挑戰自己，砌個２ｘ３米既小型雕沙？

The Hong Kong International Sand Art Association is providing courses or workshops to teach public more skills to build different sand sculptures. The contents include skills of using tools and sand sculpture creation. If you want more information about the workshops, you can feel free to contact the organization at 54070704.
